Assistance Coordinator - Hebrew Speaking

We are looking for full time, 24/7 assistance coordinator for our call center located in Pembroke Pines, FL. The main responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to handling of incoming and outgoing customer service calls, emails, and faxes related to assistance of international travelers with medical needs in the USA.
This is an entry level position

Requirements:

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to work all shifts including nights
  • Customer service experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
  • Medical Travel Assistance Experience is a plus
