Client Service Coordinator - Japanese Speaking

We are looking for full time, Japanese speaking Client Service Coordinator for our call center located in Pembroke Pines, FL.

The main responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to communicating with clients, patients and providers.Handling of incoming calls as needed. Working on case logs related to the assistance of international travelers with medical needs in the USA.

This is an entry level position.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service experience
  • Fluent Japanese
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
  • Claims experience is a plus
