Sr Account Director - Identity & Digital Protection

In this role you will serve as the primary interface between Generali Global Assistance USA and the Client, managing the affairs of the account to mutual benefit and is responsible for the retention and growth of the existing relationship with Client.

You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, Legal, Finance and Business Excellence teams. Key to success in this position is the development and maintenance of strong relationships, both within Generali Global Assistance and with Client. The position requires occasional travel up to 10-20%.

You must be an effective remote worker who is based in the Columbus OH or Boston MA areas.  

We think that someone with around 7 years of relevant, successful experience in Account Management, Sales, or Client Services will have the right level of experience.   In this position you will be compensated in base salary and commissions.
