Assistance Coordinator -Full Time

We are looking for a full-time, 24/7 assistance coordinator for our call center located in Pembroke Pines, FL. The main responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to handling of incoming and outgoing customer service calls, emails, and faxes related to assistance of international travelers with medical needs in the USA.


  • Ability to work all shifts including nights and weekends (must have flexible schedule)
  • Customer service experience is required
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and previous medical experience is a plus
  • Medical travel experience and knowledge of international healthcare system
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Bilingual is a plus
