Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Digital Marketing Coordinator works closely with the Marketing Manager to support, develop, execute, and monitor marketing plans, provide direction and advice about how best to reach a target market and promote the Brand.

Primary Role & Responsibilities:

  • Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials (i.e. Website News Updates, Social Media Content, PPT presentations, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Internet/Digital Marketing specifically online advertising and its interrelationship with social media, SEM/SEO and website development. Collaborate with content for the company’s social media outreach.
  • Develop and implement media planning and innovation strategies with content for Social Media (i.e. LinkedIn), email, or direct mail.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing programs to promote the company's brand.
  • Enforce brand marketing guidelines in trademarks, logos, and publications.
  • Provide design for collateral, web, and other visual communications media for the company.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods.
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Constant Contact, Screencloud, Sitecore etc.) and applications (Google Analytics, Web analytics, Google Adwords etc).
  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree within Communication Fields, i.e. Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent.
