Job Title: Sales Enablement Analyst & Administrator (CRM) – North America

Position Summary
The Position will work closely with US Sales and Marketing Leadership team providing insights and recommendations for benchmarking and reporting. The role will administer the sales CRM (Dynamics) to implement marketing campaigns, track MQL to SQL, and provide monthly reports to the US Executive Leadership team. This position is a partner with sales and marketing to ensure sales enablement programs align with corporate goals and initiatives. The position must stay current on emerging industry trends, new technologies, concepts and techniques and adjust our sales enablement training curriculum and marketing campaigns accordingly. The ideal candidate will work with sales associates to ensure our marketing campaigns and account communication is measured and effective.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required. Sales experience and CRM certification preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in either a sales, sales enablement or corporate training with CRM focus.
Minimum 5 years of experience with MS Dynamics or SFDC administration
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and remote training tools
Demonstrated ability to Incorporate needs analysis, wants and goals from different functional areas into business goals, training and utilization tracking
Understanding of business analysis techniques and strong data management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to communicate with all levels of management, including exceptional written and verbal communication
Strong proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Demonstrated ability to act independently and effectively prioritize while leading small scale projects and teams
Experience with US insurance regulatory environment preferred
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Understanding of the travel insurance market, including specialty distribution channels to implement marketing campaigns that drive sales results.
Work closely with all departments to ensure the CRM tool set works effectively across the organization and within each team
Work with third-party vendor to design, configure, test and deploy changes to the CRM database entities, fields, screens, forms, workflows, reports and dashboards
Develop, review and analyze monthly metrics highlighting key trends and learnings for report out to sales/marketing leadership team
Analytical Support + Recommend reporting applications and tools to measure and identify potential sales opportunities that impact business strategies and decisions
Work with marketing and sales enablement teams to develop campaign methodologies, eliminate duplicate records, and effectively deploy and utilize sales/marketing reporting tools and reports
Develop CRM Training curriculums in conjunction with sales and marketing to maintain data standards
Support current sales and marketing end users by managing content, administering campaigns, and setting strategy for effective lifecycle management in the appropriate format for home office and remote audiences
Capture NPS by working with all stakeholders to understands, track and detail requirements for future enhancements
Working with sales leaders to set territory goals, and relay to marketing to create effective campaigns that help drive targets
KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
Assist in the management of social media pages, exploring new ways to engage and reach our target buyers
Collaborate with designers, sales professionals, and managers to produce content for advertising
Coordinate day to day ad campaigns with 3rd party digital advertisers
Coordinate day-to-day, hands-on execution of email marketing in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager
Stay abreast of and recommend email marketing best practices with coding, design, and testing of email campaigns
Assist in the management and updating of online brand mentions and backlinks
Assist in reputation management, responding to customer complaints and managing customer ratings and feedback
Support marketing executives in organizing various projects

Collaborate with marketing and development to create strategies and innovations;
Serve as key advisor to the Chief Marketing Officer, providing by providing guidance and support as needed;
Provide direct support and internal customer service to project teams;
