We are looking for an IT PM/BA/QA who will work in our Pembroke Pines office. The IT PM/BA/QA will work as a liaison in the organization. This role is as a bridge between the business problems and the technology solutions. the IT PM/BA/QA will recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

Primary Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develops high quality deliverables including business requirements, functional specifications, business processes, system rules, options papers and recommendations
  • Assists with or acts as the Project Manager for new client implementations or introduction of expansion of services with existing clients
  • Supports testing efforts by facilitating the development of accurate and complete system test plans.
  • Design, develop, and implement automated testing systems, and evaluate output
  • Communicates effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project team.
  • Understands the inter-dependencies of various requirements and issues and how they can affect each other.
  • Effectively manages/communicates with external vendors where information systems require.
  • Drives, manages, and coordinates all aspects of a product life cycle, including long and short term development
  • Facilitates requirements gathering workshops, interviews, workings sessions and review sessions.
  • Communicate feature interaction problems and identify coding problems across the system.
  • Write, implement, and document test cases to identify bugs and rewrite requirements.

Required Knowledge & Skill:

  • Degree, advanced diploma or equivalent directly related work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a Business Analyst/PM/QA capacity.
  • Experience working in the Insurance (Disability, Health, Life and Travel preferred), Third Party Administration (TPA) or Health Care Industry.
  • Proficient in Visio, Project and Office Suite
  • Extensive knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications
  • Exemplary presentation, verbal and written (English) skills.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Knowledge of Business Analysis and Project Management methodologies and certifications including: IIBA, CBAP, BABOK, PMP, PMI, PMBOK is a plus
