Business Project Manager

We are looking for full time experienced Project Manager who will be part of our team.

The Project Manager will manage projects from concept through final implementation, as assigned. The PM will be accountable for assigning and managing individual responsibilities, developing the project plan and schedule, proactively identify risks and issues and creating mitigation plans.

Primary Role & Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with the assigned supervisor and Account Manager(s).
  • Look for opportunities to improve internal and external procedures.
  • Provide information to others both internal and external to the organization.
  • Ensure a common understanding by setting expectations in accordance with the project plan.
  • Provide presentations and training to all department as needed.
  • Apply practical business knowledge to ensure project implementation is aligned with business needs.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, computer science, information systems, or a business related field from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 2-3 years Project Management experience including all aspects of process development and execution required.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite of Products - Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and planning skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
