Trip Mate is now seeking a DYNAMIC Customer Service Associate (Bilingual a PLUS)!

This position is responsible for interacting with internal and external customers  handling phone calls and correspondence regarding travel insurance claims.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for answering incoming calls from clients, customers and claimants
  • Assist claimants with obtaining and completing claim forms
  • Responsible for making outgoing calls to customers, clients and claimants regarding travel insurance claims
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, handling the solution, and following up to ensure solutions
  • Assisting customers with understanding products offered
  • Assisting customers with basic questions regarding product websites
  • Accurate entry of records and activities in the claims system for use by all other departments of the company
  • Meet departmental service goals as established by management
  • Provide feedback regarding customer, client or claimant service concerns
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Customer service oriented
  • Provide appropriate and professional responses and services to all clients, claimants and customers
  • Proficiency using MS Office products and proprietary programs
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and customer information
  • Flexibility with work schedule to assist the company in meeting service availability which may include early or late shifts and weekends.

Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
