Digital Marketing Coordinator

Primary Role & Responsibilities:

  • Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials (ie. including PPT presentations, etc.)
  • Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies.
  • Maintain SEO for the company’s website and other webpages.
  • Develop and implement media planning and innovation strategies with content for Social Media (ie.LinkedIn), email, or direct mail.
  • Maintain & create website content and collaborate with Group entities with website projects.
  • Ensure that the Group’s Intranet is updated periodically to ensure that it promotes GMMI’s brand and services within the Group.
  • Supports in video content
  • Develop and execute marketing programs to promote the company's brand.
  • Enforce brand marketing guidelines in trademarks, logos, and publications.
  • Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company and brand positioning.
  • Provide design for collateral, web, and other visual communications media for the company.
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
  • Collaborates closely with VP of Marketing to plan and execute Client Conferences.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) is a plus.
  • Exceptional project management, problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural and diverse environment often under high pressure.
  • Bachelor’s Degree within Communication Fields, i.e. Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent.
